We cut chases neatly and patch with bonding/skim. We can arrange a plasterer and decorator at trade rates.
Do I need to move out?
Usually no. We work room by room and keep power on overnight where possible.
What’s included?
New consumer unit, all new circuits, sockets and switches in the same locations (or moved if you want), bonding, smoke alarms, certification, Part P.
Will my plaster be ruined?
Chases are cut clean with a track-saw and bonding-patched. Decorators finish the job. You won’t see the difference.
